Best Apartment prices and excellent location! I recently moved in to The Emory Apartments, Property Manager made it super easy! I knew exactly what I needed to do and when to do it! The whole team makes you feel welcome and that they are happy to have you as their resident. The property is really well taken care of and feels like home already!

Literally the easiest move in i have ever had. Moved from across the country and filled out and signed everything via email. Im from colorado springs and was worried about the way the apartment might look inside and was extremely surprised at how clean they have made these buildings! Very well taken care of and nice management.

Let me start off by saying that Shanda our temporary office manager has been wonderful since she started here. I was able to finally get all my maintenance needs taken care of that I had been asking for for months from other managers. She is also helping us get situated into a two bedroom after being the only manager in almost 3 years to contact us and let us know when one was becoming available. Now to the apartments, its an old building it definitely needs some updating and the rent seems unreasonably high but if you look into other places around its significantly lower than most other places. Other than having to call maintenance a few times as long as you pay your bills its a decent place to live.

Shanda made the moving process so easy and was very friendly and very helpful with all the information we needed. We have only been here a week but I can tell that this is a great place to live..

The Emory has made great changes and it is a wonderful place to live. It's location is close to both schools and shopping.

Maintenance is quick to respond. Management is always available! The manager is hilarious, very kind, engaged with the community, and you can tell he's been working very hard to brighten the appearance of the apartment complex. It looks great. This was my first apartment and I had a great first experience. I have to move because my work is very far. I'll always remember this experience in a very positive manner. Thanks for all your hard work! :)

I've had a good experience with these guys. Chesterfield in the office was very helpful during the move in process, and their head of maintenance tim went out of his way to help me back out a trailer I was struggling with. Very much appreciated

Me. Chesterfield is the absolute best thing that has happened to the Emory Apartments. He has fixed what has been promised to be fixed since I moved in back in 2017. He will come to you and make sure your happy with your resident and means it. Me. Chesterfield is ALWAYS available, if not when you leave a message he calls right back or he will come directly to your door. He is the first manager here that I see walking the property, he picks up trash if he sees it. I feel safe and so much better about living here than I ever did with the two managers before him.
