APARTMENT REVIEWS IN Colorado Springs

First thing is “ITS APARTMENT LIVING” no need to list the cons that go along with multiple people living with in the same building. Most apartments are the same in that aspect. However the Pros are. Its a Affordable! The office manager Sarah was helpful in the move in process. I’ve been here for a few months now, So I can say The one bedroom is More then enough room for one person. Living/ dining area is sufficient. kitchen is a little small but, I don’t ever cook for more then two or three so it works for me. Closed hallways from main entry. so there’s that little break from the weather. When it’s snowing or raining you not fighting a front door all packed with snow and wet. It’s with in walking distance to a few shopping centers. Walmart, the mall, and movie theater just a few blocks away.(walking distance) across the street from a convenience store. Easy access to Platte Ave. Powers Blvd, and Academy blvd.

What a wonderful manager they have!! The property is clean and all seems good from here

Sarah is by far the best management I've ever had she's deals with situations promptly and handles issues in a timely fashion very good apartments especially if it's your first apartment

Best tour I have ever had at any property in the springs. The manager Sarah was very knowledgeable about every question I had. I could tell she knew what she is talking about and very good at her job. Knowing this property is managed by someone who knows the apartment business like she does makes me want to rent from here.

Was looking to move from Pueblo back to the Springs. Not able to do that at this time, but the manager, Sarah, was very helpful with answering questions about community and pricing.

The Emory Apartment is nice and quiet, and Sarah was very responsive and helped along away during the application process and made everything easy and simple. So far So good!
